This Delivery Policy explains how Pindow delivers its products and services. Pindow provides digital services only — there is no physical shipment of goods. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms and Conditions of Service.
1. Nature of Delivery
Pindow is a software-as-a-service platform that delivers AI creative-production tools, generated Outputs, and prepaid Credits electronically, through your Account on pindow.ai. No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping or courier charges apply.
2. Activation and Access
Access to a paid plan and its associated Credits is provisioned to your Account automatically upon successful payment confirmation. In normal conditions this is immediate; in rare cases it may take a few minutes while your payment is confirmed by our payment processor and our systems. You can view your active plan and Credit balance at any time on your billing and usage screens.
3. Delivery of Generated Outputs
Outputs you generate are delivered within the Services and are available to view, download or export from your workspace, subject to processing time, queue position and the availability of the relevant Third-Party Model. Generation times are not guaranteed and may vary.
4. Delays or Non-Delivery
If your plan, Credits or a generation are not delivered after a successful payment, first check your billing and usage screens, then contact support@pindow.ai with your Account email and transaction details. Where a payment succeeds but entitlement is not delivered due to a fault of the Services, we will provision it or re-credit it. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
