This document is published by Opacity AI Private Limited (CIN: U62011MH2026PTC468882 ; GSTIN: 27AAFCO0822J1ZI ), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India , which owns and operates the Pindow platform (pindow.ai / pindow.io).
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP" ) sets out the rules that apply to everyone who accesses or uses Pindow, operated by Opacity AI Private Limited ( "Pindow" , "we" , "us" ). It is incorporated into, and forms part of, the Pindow Terms and Conditions of Service (the "Terms" ). Capitalised terms used but not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.
1. Purpose and Scope
1.1 Pindow gives creators access to multiple generative artificial-intelligence models for image, video, audio and music, together with workspace, canvas, pipeline and marketplace features. This AUP exists to keep the platform safe, lawful and trustworthy for filmmakers, advertisers, studios and other creators, and to protect Pindow, its users, and third parties from harm.
1.2 This AUP applies to all use of the Services and to all Content you submit, generate, store, publish, share or distribute through the Services, including Inputs, Outputs, prompts, presets, pipelines, and marketplace listings.
1.3 This AUP applies in addition to, and does not limit, the Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the acceptable-use, content and safety policies of any Third-Party Model or provider used through the Services. Where a provider's policy is stricter, the stricter rule applies.
2. Your Responsibilities
2.1 You are solely responsible for all activity under your Account and for all Content you submit or generate. You must use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the Terms, this AUP, and all applicable laws.
2.2 You must hold all rights, licences, consents and permissions necessary for your Inputs and for the Outputs you generate, including the explicit consent of any identifiable person whose image, likeness or voice you upload, reference or seek to recreate.
2.3 You are responsible for reviewing, verifying and clearing Outputs before relying on, publishing, distributing or commercially exploiting them.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
3.1 You must not use the Services to create, upload, generate, store, publish, distribute, or facilitate any of the following. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive.
Child safety (zero tolerance)
- Any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers a minor, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, whether real, synthetic, AI-generated, stylised or cartoon; sexualised depictions of minors; and any grooming, solicitation or facilitation of harm to minors. This is absolutely prohibited. We will remove such content, terminate the Account, preserve relevant data, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or competent authorities as required by law, including under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Non-consensual and sexual content involving real persons

Non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery, or sexual or nude content depicting any real, identifiable person created or altered without that person's explicit consent;

Content that sexually harasses, threatens, or degrades an identifiable individual.
Deepfakes, impersonation and synthetic-media misuse

Deceptive deepfakes or synthetic media, cloned voices, or face or character recreations of real persons (including public figures, performers, or your own contacts) created without a lawful basis and the required consent;

Impersonation of any person or organisation, or content designed to deceive others as to its origin or authenticity, including for fraud, defamation, harassment or manipulation.
Illegal, harmful and dangerous activity

Content or activity that is unlawful, or that promotes, facilitates or constitutes an offence under any applicable law;

Instructions or facilitation for weapons, explosives, or other means of mass harm; the synthesis of dangerous biological, chemical, radiological or nuclear materials; or other seriously dangerous activities;

Promotion or facilitation of terrorism, violent extremism, human trafficking, or organised criminal activity;
-
Sale or facilitation of illegal goods or services, including controlled substances, stolen data, or fraudulent documents.
Hate, harassment and violence

Content that incites or promotes violence, or that harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates any person;

Content that promotes hatred or discrimination against individuals or groups on the basis of race, religion, caste, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Self-harm
- Content that encourages, promotes or provides instructions for suicide, self-harm, or disordered eating.
Intellectual property and confidentiality

Content that infringes or misappropriates any copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, design, or personality, publicity or moral right;

Content that breaches any contractual or confidentiality obligation, or that discloses another party's confidential or proprietary information without authorisation.
Privacy and personal data

Unlawful collection, processing, exposure or sharing of any individual's personal or sensitive personal data, including doxxing;

Uploading personal data of third parties without a lawful basis and required consents.
Misinformation and deception
- Disinformation or deceptive content intended to mislead, including fabricated news, election-manipulation content, medical or financial misinformation, and content that falsely purports to be authentic or official.
Fraud, malware and security abuse

Fraud, scams, phishing, or social-engineering content;

Malware, ransomware, or code intended to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to systems or data;

Unauthorised access to, or interference with, any network, system, account or data.
Spam and platform abuse
- Spam, bulk or automated unsolicited messaging, or deceptive, manipulative or large-scale low-quality generation intended to abuse or degrade the Services.
4. Generative-AI-Specific Requirements
4.1 Consent for voice and likeness. Before using features that clone, synthesise or reference a person's voice, face or likeness (including voice cloning, dubbing, lip-sync, and face or character reference), you must obtain and be able to evidence the explicit, informed consent of that person, and you must comply with all applicable biometric-privacy, personality and publicity laws. You must not process the biometric or likeness data of a person without a lawful basis.
4.2 Provenance and disclosure. You must not remove, alter, obscure or circumvent any watermark, metadata, content-credential or other provenance signal applied by Pindow or a provider where prohibited by law or platform rules, and you must disclose and label AI-generated or synthetic media where required by applicable law or the rules of the platform on which you publish.
4.3 Provider policies. You must comply with the acceptable-use, content and safety policies of each Third-Party Model you use. A use that is prohibited by a provider is prohibited on Pindow.
4.4 No competing development. You must not use the Services, or any Output, to develop, train, fine-tune or improve a competing artificial-intelligence model or product, or to benchmark against a competitor.
4.5 No circumvention of safety controls. You must not attempt to bypass, disable, defeat or manipulate content filters, safety systems, usage limits or other technical safeguards, including through adversarial prompting, obfuscation, or chaining of features to produce prohibited Content.
5. Platform Integrity and Security
5.1 You must not, and must not permit any person to:

share, transfer or resell your Account or access to the Services to unauthorised persons;

scrape, harvest or systematically extract prompts, presets, Outputs or other data from the Services;

bypass, circumvent or exceed rate limits, Credit metering or usage restrictions;
-
reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code or model weights, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law;
-
probe, scan or exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with the security, integrity or performance of the Services;
-
use bots, scripts or other automated means except through our documented and approved APIs; or
-
introduce malware or otherwise disrupt the Services.
6. Marketplace and Community Content
6.1 Presets, prompt templates, pipeline configurations and other content you publish to the marketplace or community must be your original work or properly licensed, must not contain infringing, confidential, malicious or deceptive material, and must comply with this AUP.
6.2 You must not publish presets or prompts designed to produce prohibited Content, to evade safety controls, or to mislead other users.
7. Minors and Age
7.1 You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority and digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. The Services are not directed to children, and you must not use the Services to target, profile or collect data from children unlawfully.
8. Reporting Violations
8.1 If you become aware of Content or conduct that violates this AUP, please report it to the Grievance Officer at legal@pindow.ai , including a description of the Content or conduct, its location within the Services, and any information needed to identify it. Reports of child-safety violations are treated with the highest priority.
9. Enforcement and Consequences
9.1 We may investigate suspected violations and may take any action we consider appropriate, including issuing a warning; removing, disabling or restricting access to Content; limiting features; suspending or terminating Accounts; and refusing future service.
9.2 Where necessary to comply with law, protect the Services or prevent harm, we may act with or without prior notice, and may take action on the basis of the cumulative effect of a user's activity across the Services rather than any single request.
9.3 We may preserve and disclose Content and account information, and report to and cooperate with law-enforcement and other competent authorities, where required or permitted by law, including in cases involving child safety, threats to life, or serious unlawful activity.
9.4 Termination for violation of this AUP does not entitle you to any refund, and does not limit any other remedy available to Pindow under the Terms or applicable law.
10. Changes to this Policy
10.1 We may update this AUP from time to time. We will post the updated AUP with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
